Ella is currently studying Business Management and Organizational Studies at Huron University College at Western, with advanced entry status to the Ivey Business School.
As a Summer 2025 Intern at Steer Insurance, Ella supports both internal projects and client-focused initiatives. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she is excited to explore new growth opportunities throughout her time with the firm.
Ella has a strong interest in the financial sector and is keen to deepen her understanding of the complexities involved in managing professional liability insurance. Ella enjoys travelling and running in her spare time.
