Zelda launched her insurance career in South Africa, where she contributed to developing a standardized rating system for high-theft vehicles—an experience that shaped her detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach. Specializing in the Private Client market ever since, she brings deep expertise and a client-first mindset to every relationship.
She continued to build her career in Canada, most recently with an international brokerage before joining Steer in August 2025. Known for her problem-solving skills, sense of humour, and genuine care for people, Zelda is a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike. She is currently completing her PRMA designation to further strengthen her High-Net-Worth and Private Client expertise.
Beyond work, Zelda volunteers to support neurodiverse children and her local food bank. She loves to travel, cook, read, and enjoy good wine with great friends. She lives in Oakville with her husband, their three children, and two mischievous cats.
